Webster defines success as the achievement of something attempted, the gaining of prosperity, or one that succeeds.
Students set goals and objectives, and strive to achieve them. They complete tasks to the best of their ability and learn from each new experience. They not only want to know how to do something, but also want to know why. I have observed the excitement, dedication, perseverance, frustration, and the satisfaction of a job well done in my students. These attributes along with the interpersonal skills they possess have allowed them to reach their ultimate goal.
I have had the honor of observing my students grow personally and professionally for over 15 years. "They are the reason I chose teaching as part of my profession."
