Established in 1987, PIHT is located in Uniontown, PA, just a minute's walk from the Penn State Fayette campus. Our new campus opened in 1997, offering students ample free parking and lots of green open space.

Our goal is to provide you with the skills you need to begin your career in a short period of time. Through career-focused classes and hands-on training, you can earn an associate in specialized business degree in months not years.

Graduate/Employer Satisfaction: Graduates are eligible, at no cost, to receive brush-up training necessary to upgrade skills as needed (See PIHT catalog for details.)

Faculty: Along with academic credentials and certifications, our faculty brings industry knowledge to the classroom, helping students understand both theory and real-world experiences

Accreditation: PIHT is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) and award diplomas and associate in specialized business degrees. The school is also approved for the training of veterans.
